By downloading or using Operación Acarreo (the "game", the "app"), developed by Juan E. Lopez, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Description of the service
Operación Acarreo is an entertainment merge puzzle game (2048-style) with a fictional satirical Mexican political theme. The characters, situations, and terms used are humorous and satirical in nature — the game does not represent, endorse, or attack any real political party, official, institution, or person, and should not be interpreted as news or serious political commentary.
2. User accounts
You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to the account you signed in with (Apple/Google) and for any activity that occurs on your game account.
3. In-game currency and progress
Coins, lives, and any other elements obtained by playing or watching optional ads within Operación Acarreo have no real monetary value, are not transferable, are not redeemable for money, and exist only within the game. The game currently does not offer real-money purchases; if that changes in the future, we will update these terms.
4. Advertising
The game may show you optional video ads (through Google AdMob) in exchange for in-game rewards, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
By using Operación Acarreo you agree not to attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit bugs in the game or server, not to falsify your progress or score, and not to use the app for purposes other than the personal entertainment it was created for.
6. Intellectual property
The name, art, mechanics, and all original content of Operación Acarreo are the property of its developer. The game also uses third-party software and services (for example, the sign-in and advertising SDKs mentioned in the Privacy Policy), subject to their own terms.
7. Provided "as is"
Operación Acarreo is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free or available uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game.
8. Account suspension
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, in particular for the misuse described in section 5.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, without prejudice to any rights the laws of your country of residence may grant you as a consumer.
