This policy explains what information Operación Acarreo (the "game", the "app"), developed by Juan E. Lopez, collects, what we use it for, and how you can control it. If you have any questions, write to us at odrack0@hotmail.com.
1. Information we collect
Account data
You can play as a guest without giving us any personal data — we only create an anonymous internal identifier to save your progress.
If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive from that provider your display name, your email address (if the provider decides to share it — Apple lets you hide it behind a relay address), and in some cases a URL to your profile picture, plus a unique identifier for that account that we use to recognize you in future sessions. We never see or store your Apple or Google password — sign-in always happens on that provider's own official page, never inside our app.
Optional Facebook linking
From the Stats screen you can optionally connect your Facebook account to see which of your friends also play (friends leaderboard). If you do, we store your Facebook user ID and an encrypted access token, used solely to look up your Facebook friends list for friends who also have an Operación Acarreo account. We never post anything on your behalf and never access your posts or any other profile data.
Gameplay progress
We store your coins, lives, and high score so your progress stays in sync across devices if you sign back in with the same account.
Technical information
When you sign in, the app sends a general description of your device (for example, "iPhone app" or the system's user-agent string) so you can identify and remotely log out sessions in the future. Like any web server, our server automatically logs IP addresses in its standard technical logs for security and diagnostic purposes — we do not associate them with an advertising profile.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The "+1 life" button offers you a video ad in exchange for an extra life, through Google AdMob. To show it, Google may collect advertising identifiers from your device (such as the Android advertising ID or the iOS IDFA — the latter only if you accept the Apple Tracking prompt we show beforehand) to measure ad performance and, if you consented, personalize ads. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we explicitly ask for that consent through a standard Google form before showing you any ad. 2. What we do NOT collect
We do not ask for or store passwords of our own — every sign-in goes through Apple or Google. We do not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library.
3. Who we share information with
Only the providers necessary to run the game: Google (sign-in and AdMob), Apple (sign-in), and Meta/Facebook (only if you choose to link your account). We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for purposes other than those described in this policy.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, immediately and without needing the app installed, from this page. You can also ask us by email at odrack0@hotmail.com from the email linked to your account (or telling us which provider you signed in with) — we will delete it within 30 days.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for access to the data we hold about you, its correction, or its complete deletion, by writing to odrack0@hotmail.com.
6. Children
Operación Acarreo uses political satire and humor for general audiences, is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
